• Featuring a "dual seal" design using O-rings and PTFE Chevron packing to eliminate stem leakage
• Features Flush Port for quick and easy cleaning or sampling
• No need to remove and dismantle valve between batches for cleaning
• Flush Port can be used to flush out downstream lines
• Eliminates possible vessel outlet nozzle damage since valve is not routinely removed
• Bottom head of vessel can be backflushed via the Flush Port
• Clean valve seat design eliminates pocket along vessel outlet nozzle
• PTFE excluder collar eliminates potential residue at valve stem
• Flush Port can also be used to add liquids or gases to reactor
• Reduced vessel down time between batches
• Clean-In-Place feature eliminates any chance of cross-contamination between batches
• Ability to pressure-check down stream lines before emptying vessel
