The Clean Valve is a bottom flush valve that has been designed
to meet the most demanding process specifications for batch
to batch cleanliness and safety. This easy-to-operate, easy-to-clean,
self-draining valve allows for a variety of functions including
sampling, gas dispersion, maintenance, etc., without the need
to interrupt the process and without dismantling the valve.
The glass-lined steel design ensures no metal contamination
of the process fluid and enables use across a wide temperature
and pressure range.
Features
include:
- Valve body constructed of glass-lined steel with UniTIP®
glass-lined head and stem.
- Glass-lined stem is machined to provide a smooth sealing
surface for the valve packing sealing rings.
- Lip seal valve seat design prevents material getting between
the seat and the bottom outlet nozzle.
- Temperature sensor can be replaced without having to remove
the valve from service.
- Able to accommodate RT or TC sensor at the lowest point
in the vessel for more accurate and reliable temperature measurement.
- No difficult-to-clean bellows.
- Available in manual, pneumatic in-line and pneumatic low-profile
types.
