Rosenmund Filters and
Filter/Dryers are built to last. However, as years go by and technology
changes it becomes harder and harder to meet processing requirements
with these machines. Companies are often forced with the hard
choice of scrapping a machine or making due with less-than-ideal
methods or results.
Now there is a third
alternative. DDPS has a range of upgrades available for older
machines that incorporate today's features and technology at a
fraction of the price of a new machine. We have a full array of
standard upgrade packages for Rosenmund machines that can range
from a relatively minor improvement to a hydraulic or control
system to a major overhaul like changing from a stuffing box design
to mechanical seal. Other improvements can be a modification to
ease service on the unit, such as adding a maintenance trolley
for the side discharge valve.
All of the standard
upgrade packages are designed for on-site installation, without
removal of the machine. This allows you to keep your equipment
operating as long as possible, and to resume production quickly
after the upgrades are made. Furthermore, it virtually eliminates
costs associated with removal and re-installation of the equipment.
