OVERVIEW
This custom designed system by De Dietrich Process Systems permits reaction,
simple distillation and reflux boiling, with all process wetted parts
being either borosilicate glass, glass lined stainless steel, or PTFE,
thereby assuring superior corrosion resistance, product purity and process
visibility.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
- 1 x De Dietrich glassed-lined stainless steel jacketed reactor
body with QVF Borosilicate glass cover, complete with agitation system
(1.0 HP motor, inverter duty rated, 460/230 VAC). Factory insulated
and protected with sealed stainless steel sheathing.
- 1 x QVF Borosilicate glass feed vessel
- 2 x QVF Borosilicate glass receivers
- QVF Borosilicate glass interconnecting piping
- QVF Borosilicate glass valves
- Assorted instrumentation including:
- Thermowell (integral to reactor baffle)
- pH probe
- Rupture disc
- Support structure constructed in Schedule 40 stainless steel
pipe and PTFE-coated Kee-Klamps
- Heating/Cooling unit (not shown in picture)
- Chiller unit (not shown in picture)
