Provide on-site assembly, field inspection, maintenance and repair of the company’s process solution products. Interact with customers to schedule service calls, materials and repairs as needed. Assist and/or perform assembly of process solution equipment in the plant as required. Ensure all work meets De Dietrich established quality, quantity and performance standards.
Responsible for applying traditional mechanical engineering principles and practices in support of the company’s manufacturing operations and customer engineering groups. Utilize project related sketches, specifications, and other engineering research reference data to formulate AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D) design drawings to fulfill contract requirements. Coordinate technical and commercial exchanges of Company products and companion equipment from receipt of assigned project order to completion and shipment. Create detailed mechanical designs and layouts for both fabricated and assembled systems including reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, piping, valves, and structures.
